Terms & Conditions — sr997 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the sr997 Platform or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of sr997 or any of its affiliated service providers.

sr997 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sr997 will result in the suspension of the relevant account pending verification.

If it is determined that a Player registered or used the Platform while under the age of 21, sr997 will immediately close the account, void all bets and gaming transactions, and return deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already processed) to the payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.

To access real-money features on sr997, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active sr997 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sr997 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held in those accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful and accurate information during registration and keeping that information current;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account;
• All activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying sr997 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

sr997 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or require additional verification at its sole discretion, without being obliged to state a reason.

As an internationally licensed gaming operator, sr997 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (national ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• A photograph or selfie holding the submitted identity document, as requested;
• Bank account details or evidence of ownership of the e-wallet account used for deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja);
• Source-of-funds documentation, if the Player's deposit or withdrawal activity triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. sr997 will use reasonable efforts to complete the review of submitted documents within three (3) business days. Complex cases or cases requiring additional documentation may take longer. Players will be notified of the outcome and of any further requirements via the email address registered to their account.

All financial transactions on the sr997 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sr997 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which sr997 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:

• Bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata;
• E-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

sr997 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Current available methods are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a confirmed transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific conditions are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. sr997 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the depositing bank or e-wallet account must match the name registered to your sr997 Account.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name;
• Active bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met;
• sr997 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending additional verification in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC completion and payment method.

sr997 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with this clause.

General bonus conditions that apply across all sr997 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and minimum odds conditions are stated on each individual promotion page;
• Bonuses expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited;
• sr997 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear Wagering Requirements, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates for each promotion are displayed on the relevant promotion page on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms prevail.

By placing bets or participating in games on the sr997 Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, which are published on the Platform. This clause sets out general principles that apply across all products.

Sports Betting. sr997 offers betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, E-sports, and other sporting events. Bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets include Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) options. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player.

Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the relevant game provider's rules as displayed within the game interface.

Slots & RNG Games. All RNG-powered games in the sr997 library, including slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, carry third-party certification confirming random outcomes and published Return to Player (RTP) accuracy. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to the rules displayed on the relevant togel product page. Draw results are final and binding.

sr997 reserves the right to void bets or gaming sessions in cases of technical error, manifest pricing error, or evidence of irregular betting patterns constituting match-fixing or collusion.

sr997 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following player-management tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you be blocked from re-registering for a defined minimum period.

To activate any of these tools, contact our support team at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, sr997 will use reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded Player does not receive marketing communications.

All players must be 21 years of age or older (21+). sr997 takes age verification seriously and cooperates fully with any legitimate inquiry regarding underage access.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sr997 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal functioning of the Platform or that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or betting systems;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after it has been credited to your account;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse as described in Clause 6;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All content on the sr997 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of sr997 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from sr997;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use the sr997 brand name, logo, or other trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sr997 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond sr997's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by technical malfunctions, provided that sr997 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.

sr997's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sr997's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

sr997 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, sr997 uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age (KYC);
• Process financial transactions;
• Provide customer support;
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
• Send you promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

sr997 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in Platform operations (payment processors, KYC providers, game studios) and only to the extent necessary for the provision of those services.

sr997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sr997 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr997 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and sr997, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body as specified by sr997 at the relevant time. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents sr997 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

Operations are aligned to Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Support is available around the clock, including during Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
